Future Goals
Expanding Access to Care: ADVF plans to scale up successful pilot programs and expand into new geographic regions, prioritizing areas with the highest burden of preventable blindness.
Building Capacity: ADVF believes in empowering local communities to take ownership of their eye health by training local eye care professionals and community health workers, which helps build sustainable eye care systems.
Technology Deployment: ADVF works closely with the Vision Innovation Institute (VII) to identify and deploy the most appropriate technologies for each target community, ensuring that they are culturally relevant, user-friendly, and sustainable.
